Essay

Object of investigations - mono- and associative invasions at pigs, preparations from the group of macrocyclic lactones Research purpose - to study epizootic situation and specific spectrum of agents of associative invasions of pigs. To find out some aspects of mutual relations in the system "parasite-hoster", to study the most effective and economically grounded schemes of application of the new preparation of brovermektin-granulated taking into account its toxic parameters. To introduce Scientifically grounded measures of diagnostics, therapy and prophylaxis of helminthiasis. Research methods - parasitologic, epizootologic, coproscopic, acarologic, pharmacological, toxicological, haematological, biochemical, immunological, molecular, cytogenetic, postmortem, statistical. Theoretical and practical results - for the first time in Ukraine the specific spectrum of agents of associative diseases of pigs was set. There was scientifically grounded and developed the receipt of new medical form. Tocsicodynamics of brovermectin-granulated was studied, its toxic parameters were set in acute and chronic experiments, cumulative properties of preparation were determined. The problem of safety of the use of preparation are confirmed by kinetic descriptions of reactant (ivermektin). Scientific novelty - for the first time in Ukraine the specific spectrum of agents of associative diseases of pigs was determined. There was determined that at invasion by Ascaris, Oesophagostomum and Trichuris there was observed genetoxic and cytotoxic changes in host cells, and also in some cases there was observed increase of micronucleus quantity. There was determined quantative characteristics of mutagenic influence of excretory - secretory products of nematodes, their invasive eggs and larva in Eims test. There was proved that at use of macrocyclic lactones genetoxic and cytotoxic changes in host cells are not observed. Scientific novelty of investigations is proved by two patents #4394 and#14610. Investigations gave an opportunity for the first time in Ukraine to develop and to introduce scientifically -grounded methods of diagnostics, therapy and prophylaxis of associative invasions at pigs with the use of developed new for domestic veterinary market pharmaceutical form of antiparasitic preparation from the group of macrocyclic lactones.
