Senushkina T. State Mechanisms of Ethnic Conflicts Management

The dissertation research presents the integral conception of the state mechanisms of the regulative influence on the ethnic conflict development which is based on the new theoretical, methodological and practical approaches. It also introduces the innovative model of the ethnoconflictological management system as well as the content of the basic integral parts of this system: political and legislative guarantees of the ethnic minority rights, the regional mechanisms of the ethnic conflicts management first of all such as decentralization and autonomization, introduction of the management technologies, using the mechanisms of the state and civil society interaction. The author in the dissertation analyses the Ukrainian and foreign experience of the state policy on ethnic conflicts prevention and their regulation, grounds the urgent tasks and suggests the elaborated recommendations on guaranteeing the effective influence of the state on the ethnoconflict interaction process on the contemporary stage.
