Psycho-social, socio-economic and socio-cultural processes, national economies, which are found on that or another level of international interaction, globalize economic area. Exposure of institutional factors role in beginnings, development and globalization economy adaptation as a system process, determination of globalization process place in world economy evolution, developing of theoretical and practical recommendations concerning direction development optimization of home economy in context of globalization and post transformational development. Methods: dialectical, structurally-functional, marginal, neoclassical, mathematical, institutional, system, economic analysis. It was substantiated a determine role of abyssal behavioral (psycho-social) relations and constitutional institutions in genesis and globalization adaptability of national economic systems. It was defined approach to identification of economic system from positions of institutionalism. It was shown the transformation processes ofpsycho-social behavioral prototypes into universal economic prototypes (protoinstitutions). It was analyzed an intensity of contemporary global process growth, shown its scantiness and defined ways of its overcoming, and also opened mechanisms of national economic systems globalization adaptability, including Ukrainian, development model with good prospects of which offers.
