Schuryk M. Recreation of the land resources of agrarian sector of economy (on the example of Carpathian macroregion)

In the work complex research of the influence for the results of the land reform is carried out on the process of recreation of the land resources, the explanation of the necessity of usage of high-quality-new economic models of reformation of the land relations in the agrarian sector of economy is deepen. The expedience of completion of the land reform with the use of model of the mixed economy is explained. New methodological, theoretical and applied approaches are offered to determination of cost estimation of the land resources. A role, value and prospects of development of house keeping of rural population is exposed. The features of the action of law of additional cost are explored in a transitional period of recreation of the land resources. The necessity in organization of earth recreation of agrarian sector with the use of innovative direction is explained. The most important directions and sources of financing of completion of the land reform are exposed. Highquality new indexes of estimationof the land resources of forest and water are offered in agriculture of the Carpathian macro region. The recreation of the land resources has to provide not only growth of their economic efficiency but also to improve their ecological condition.
