Dragomyretska N. Communication activity in state management: theoretical and methodological aspect

The object is communication activity in state management, as forming influence on the state and development of public processes for achievement of aims of public policy. The objective is development of conception of communication activity in state management as scientific-theoretical basis for the construction of the system of methods, techniques, technologies of the practical use of the got scientific results by the subjects of state management. The methods are content-analysis, Rozentsveyg's, correlation analysis, modelling, Guttman's, projecting, statistics and processing of data. The newness is that the new conceptual approach to communication activity in state management, as a forming influencing in the process of construction of mutual relations of the state and society is developed and scientifically grounded. The results are that technology of evaluation of efficiency of communication activity of subjects of state management is developed; methodology of projecting of communication activity isformulated in the practical measuring; the theoretical and semantic models of communication activity are built in the context of the forming influence, their system is shown; criteria are classified and technology of measuring of efficiency of communication activity is built in the context of determination of index of level influence.
