Sapon M. Differentiated treatment of ndomitable pain syndromes, related to the peripheral nervous system organic defeat

On the basis of results study of 345 patients with chronic neurological pain syndromes, resistible to the standard methods of treatment, conception of polyfaktor mechanism of pain forming was offered. On the basis of clinical and experimental researches data the presence of contact mechanism of neurological pain syndromes development, which, being the basis of neurovascular conflict, also was the basis or the link in a few different forms of pain syndromes origin, in particular, tic douloureux and complex regional pain syndrome, was described. The necessity of medicinal therapy addition to the pain syndromes neurosurgical treatment in a purpose for personality changes reduction at the patient, that are typical for the pain syndromes, was grounded. The diagnostic-treatment algorithm of pain syndromes removing was offered. New methods of treatment, in particular, new types of operative interventions, were developed and included in clinical practice. By developing Ukrainian neurostimulative and infusive systems, that can be implanted into the patient's organism for a long term, the considerable improvement of treatment results with positive effect obtaining at 94,9% patients was achieved.
