Penkova I. Information-economic model of present society

Object of research: process of informatively-economic relations which are transformed under influencing of expansion of scales of turn of information as a resource product and factor of scientific and technical, economic and social progress. Purpose of research: decision of scientific the issue of the day of deter-mination and research of features of informatively-economic model of modern society, expression of essence of information, degrees of its positive and negative influence on socio-economic progress, research and ground of features and conformities to the law of the socio-economic changes related to forming and be-coming of informative economy in Ukraine and in the world. Methods of research: dialectical method; systems and historical approaches; abstractly-logical method; graphic method; systems analysis; methods of social analysis. Results: Theoretic-methodological bases of research of process of forming of in-formative conceptions are certain during evolution of economic thought; the roleof the state and its institutes is exposed in an informative economy; essence and economic maintenance of information is certain, concepts are differentiated "postindustrial economy" and "informative economy"; methodologies of mac-roeconomic analysis of informative streams are offered, includ-ing the analysis of information as a resource, product and com-modity; the degree of influencing of information is certain on the economy of welfare on the basis of the balanced turn of matters, energy and information, which apply in an economy; a place and role of information is exposed in the macroeconomic analysis on the basis of research of enterprise as subject of informatively-economic relations in the conditions of unlimitedness of infor-mative resources and asymmetry of information; objective con-formities to the law of informatively-economic relations are exposed; the degree of influencing of information is certain on economic interests; the method of informative market analysis is developed; basic tendencies and prospects of forming, becoming and development of informative economy are certain both on a world scale and in Ukraine; potential of forming, becoming and effective functioning of informative economy is certain in Ukraine. Novelty: exposed and grounded the personal touches and differences of concepts " postindustrial economy" and "in-formative economy"; essence of information is exposed as cate-gories of economic theory and as factor of socio-economic de-velopment; developed and offered conceptual model of optimum correlation of matter, energy and information; expedience of introduction of concept is proved "optimum rationality" as cor-relation of internal and external informative environment of sub-ject and its features are certain; classification of information's resources is developed; grounded and exposed positions about the origin and appeal of "informative money". Improved: methodology of research and determination of role and place of information in macroeconomics; model of rational choice; theoryof demand and supply; characteristic conformities to the law are exposed functioning's of informative market and forming on him demand and supply; theory of ownership rights. Further devel-opment was got: conception of economy as the market system of social direction; position about an informative culture. Field of the use: republican.
