Zeldina O. Theoretical aspects of a special regime of economic management

Object of the study is relations, appearing in process of the organizations and realization to economic activity in condition of the special legal regime. Objective of study is development theoretical aspect special regime of the management as institute of the economic right, as well as motivation of the problems and directions to modernizations legislation about special regime of the management. Methods of research are dialectical, history, comparative, formally-logical and system-structured analysis. Theoretical and practical results: the decision of the important scientific problem теоретичного separations of the special regime of the management as institute of the economic right; possibility of the improvement acting economic legislation and co-ordinations of the special regime of the management with adjacent institute of other branches. Novelty is complex study of the special regime of the management as institute of the economic right, in which is offered motivation of the new direction economic-legal science, is solved theoretical problems of the special regime of the management, is motivated primary tasks and directions to modernizations legislation.
