Rayevnyeva O. Company development management mechanisms in transformation economy environment

The object of research is the process of development management of machine-building, chemical and light industries enterprises that are functioning in the conditions of high level indefiniteness of outer environment and non-linear character of economic processes of Ukrainian transformational economics; the aim of the work is the substantiation of theoretic-methodological bases and the development of methodical support of enterprise development management mechanism, that consider the high level of indefiniteness and casual of outer environment, that is specified by the transformational processes of Ukrainian economy and a nonlinear nature of its proceeding; the research techniques and hard ware: abstract-logic method, the methods of theoretical generalization, systematic and historic-economic analyses, system concept, the methods of analysis and synthesis, the system-structure analysis, multi-measure statistic analysis, fractal analysis, SSA-method, spectral analysis, imitation modeling, econometric analysis; the theoretical and practical results are the following: the conception of company development management is worked up and substantiated theoretically; the conceptual bases of the mechanism formation of company development management are worked up and substantiated; the methodological and methodical provision of the mechanism of company development management aims’ building are worked up; the connections between contradictions of company development process and the mechanism and kinds of management are identified and substantiated; the matrix model of the interaction between the inner and outer fluctuation, that take into account their strength and sources of origin are worked up; the synergetic approach to the company development management; methodological bases of company development management diagnostics and decision taking; the methodical approach to the retrospective and perspective diagnostics of the level and tendencies of company development; the methodic bases of the realization of the decision-taking mechanism on company development management; economic and mathematic methods; the classification of the impacts and contradictions of the company development process; the classification of the process of company development; the category apparatus of synergetic approach to the company development management; the practical value of the results, that were get, is that the theoretical and methodological provisions of the thesis were gone to the level of concrete proposals and methodic developments on the formation of complex mechanism, that is functioning in the conditions of high level indefiniteness and casual of Ukrainian market environment; the subject and the degree of introduction: the developments were introduced into the practical activities of the following company: open-end company “Novogorlovskij machine-building plant” (Gorlovka); restricted liability company “Economic hospital “ Ukrainian management-intellect” (Kiev); open-end company “Kharkiv machine-tool plant” (Kharkiv); open-end company “Kharkiv bearing plant” (Kharkiv); open-end company “Motorsich” (Zaporozhe); open-end company “Fur-firm “Tismenitsa” (Tismenitsa); these developments are also used in the educational process of Kharkiv National University of Economics; the sphere of usage is the industrial activity of machine-building, chemical and light industry companies, educational process.
