Research object processes of formation of quality on the enterprises of motor transport. Purpose: development of theoretical and methodological bases, methodical recommendations and scientific and practical propositions of formation and realization of quality management at the enterprises of motor transport. Methods of research. Theoretical and methodological basis of research is made the scientific working and methodical developments by leading native and foreign scientists in the region of control theory, management of organizations and quality, and also laws of dialectics and logic; the scientific methods is such as systematic approach, information theory and other tools of economic cybernetics; the methods of analysis and synthesis, intersystem approach, supervision, comparison, generalization, abstracting and formalization and other. Special methods is structural modeling IDEF; method of Taguty; the Petri net; scenary approach; simulation modeling; methods of dynamic modeling, determined componentanalysis and other.The practical importance of the educts consists of the use of the educts for creation of new and reorganization of the ineffective systems of quality management at the motor transport enterprises. Independent practical is also importune: methodical approach to estimation and analysis of motor transport services quality; methodical bases of estimation of technical service quality and repair of enterprise cars; development of strategies and system of financial motivation of quality.
