Essay

Research object processes of formation of quality on the enterprises of motor transport. Purpose: development of theoretical and methodological bases, methodical recommendations and scientific and practical propositions of formation and realization of quality management at the enterprises of motor transport. Methods of research. Theoretical and methodological basis of research is made the scientific working and methodical developments by leading native and foreign scientists in the region of control theory, management of organizations and quality, and also laws of dialectics and logic; the scientific methods is such as systematic approach, information theory and other tools of economic cybernetics; the methods of analysis and synthesis, intersystem approach, supervision, comparison, generalization, abstracting and formalization and other. Special methods is structural modeling IDEF; method of Taguty; the Petri net; scenary approach; simulation modeling; methods of dynamic modeling, determined componentanalysis and other.The practical importance of the educts consists of the use of the educts for creation of new and reorganization of the ineffective systems of quality management at the motor transport enterprises. Independent practical is also importune: methodical approach to estimation and analysis of motor transport services quality; methodical bases of estimation of technical service quality and repair of enterprise cars; development of strategies and system of financial motivation of quality. The developed positions of dissertation were used at of motor transport.The range of positions of dissertation is used in the educational process of the Kharkov national Automobile-and-Highway-building university at teaching of disciplines: "Management bases", "Management organizations of motor transport", "Marketing of transport services", "Human resources", "Labour economics", in the process of the semester projects and graduation works.The scientific novelty of educts consists of development of new theoreticaland methodological bases, methodical recommendations and scientific and practical propositions of formation and realization of quality management at the enterprises of motor transport, such as: firstly: the scientifically grounded the integral conception of quality management on the basis of the developed paradigm of his harmonization with the general management of organization and integration with activity of consumers is offered ; the bases of forming of the system of objects management of quality in organization are sets; the conceptual model of quality management system in organizations is developed; theoretical and methodological bases of participative management of enterprise relationship of with the consumers of services at the basis of structural creation of systematic complex of their functioning, application of adaptive methods of administrative processes realization are formed; theoretical positions of quality motivation in organization and its behavioral model is grounded. They are based on principles of formings and using of the three-volume system, the scenary approach and algoritmization of procedures of receipt the possible states of functioning of its objects, is created; the next development are got: system-cybernetic models of the integrated processes of forming of quality; theoretical and methodological bases of structure forming and maintenance of subsystems of the quality management system at the motor transport enterprises; method of consumer estimation and analysis of quality at the motor transport services; market-production approach to estimation of technical service and repair of cars quality; methodical tool of financial motivation of workers quality at the motor transport enterprises, foreseeing application of developed broad brand system of payment of labors and models of forming and distributing of bonuses between the articipants of the integrated processes; improved: essence of concepts of modern quality management: "quality", "total quality management"; "the system of qualitymanagement"; "motivation of quality"; methodical bases of organization of quality estimation of in ATE. Application domain is: activity of transport and communication.
