The thesis is devoted to the research of theoretical and methodological issues of the formation of highly effective agricultural enterprise in Ukraine in the stage of transition to the market economy. It develops the conceptual and categorical apparatus of researching agricultural enterprise and reveals the mechanism of its development. It analyses the structure of the modern agricultural enterprise and reveals the most effective organisational production forms. It offers the author's concept of the strategy of consolidating the innovative model of the development of agricultural enterprise. The work shows the changes in forming agricultural resource potential in the stage of transformation period. The work investigates the state regulation process and offers a new mechanism of macroeconomic coordination of agricultural enterprise under the conditions of instability of a transitio.
