Essay

Object of research are managerial processes by a property status of the enterprises. The purpose of research is development according to concepts of financial management of methodological and methodical bases of an estimation of a property status of the enterprises which practical use will promote maintenance of their continuous economic growth. Methods - the system approach, synthesis, an induction, deduction, scientific abstraction, a grouping, correlation analysis, system dynamics. Results: the concept of formation of system of an estimation of a property status of subjects of managing; a substantiation of necessity of the two-level approach to formation of criteria and systems of parameters of his estimation; methodical approaches to formation analytical components of the annual financial report of joint-stock companies; a substantiation of solvency and liquidity in aspect of functions of management of viability and development of the enterprise; methods of calculation of parameters in the standardized financial reporting; a supply with information of financial management on the basis of introduction of model of realization of analytical opportunities of the financial reporting. Novelty: for the first time the concept of formation of system of an estimation of a property status of subjects of managing is developed; necessity of the two-level approach to formation of criteria and systems of parameters of an estimation of a property status of the enterprises is methodologicalally proved; methodical approaches to formation analytical components of the annual financial report of joint-stock companies are developed; have received the further development a substantiation of solvency and liquidity; allocation of essential preconditions of loss of solvency; methods of calculation of parameters in the standardized financial reporting; the organization of the administrative analysis, planning and internal audit on the basis of through integration of the data of the administrative account; supply with informationof financial management on the basis of introduction of model of realization of analytical opportunities of the financial reporting; approaches to harmonization of representation of the information on formation of financial results in the financial reporting of the enterprises and statistical collections are advanced; the organizational - economic mechanism of realization of legislative regulation of activity of joint-stock companies; the procedure of payments of base parameters of a property status of the enterprise under the unified form with representation in the explanatory note to the annual financial report; methods of the analysis of monetary streams on the basis of introduction of the complex approach to definition of the most important analytical parameters.
