Thesis is devoted to solution of scientific-technical problem - creating methodology of rating, providing and supporting high level of products' quality in machine-building at some stages of life cycle under limited information content conditions and thereupon the developments of normative-methodical documents. The reference-normative data on basis of researches were received, the complex of quality rating, which limit technological process mechanical operation, was developed of industry standard was proposed.
