Essay

The ways of the optimization of infusion and transfusion therapy and prophylaxis of haemodynamic disorders, microcirculation, biochemical homeostasis, metabolism, and intoxication, that are appearing due to the stress syndrome in the critical states, in the case of operative stress, suppurative and septic processes, hepatic and renal diseases and damages are proved in the dissertation. This ways are based on the use of new plasma substitutes of multifunctional action (lactoprotein, lactosorbal, lactoprotein with sorbitol, reosorbilact, sorbilact), and with a new haemotransfusion medium (thawed, washed and suspended in lactate-saccharose-phosphate solution erythrocytes, cryopreserved at -20 C). 938 patients of different categories were explored.
