In the dissertation have given the results of complex clinical-laboratory study of 503 patients with chronic pathology of the liver and bile tract non-viral genesis includ-ing 152 persons with nonalcoholic steatohepatitis (NASH), 143 - with hepatic steatosis (HS), 102 - with chronic uncalculosis cholecystitis, 106 - with the diskinesia of bile ducts, on a background of the recurring respiratory infections (RRI). The patients were in the age from 18 to 55 years. Set pathogenetic role of immunological and metabolic violations at acute pathological process in a liver and bile tracts with relapses episodes of RRI. Were shown the interdepence between increase of the level proinflamatory cy-tokines (IL-1?, TNF?, IL-2) and products of lypoperoxydation and progressing of the pathological process in a liver with possible transformation HS in NASH. In this work expedience of using the combination of essential phospholipids (livolin, livenciale) and modern immunoactive remedies (immunophan, timogen) is groundedin complex ther-apy of patients with NASH connected with CVC on of background RRI. More quick renewal of immunological and biochemical indexes were marked, that in a shows up in achievement of the proof and valuable remission of disease.
