Zaika U. Formation and development of Ukraine inheritance law

The dissertation contains complex scientific-and-technical analysis of inheritance problems in modern social economical conditions, estimation of existing inheritance legislation legal constructions, conclusions and practical recommendations related to subsequent perfection of inheritance law institutes and implementation of inheritance law. Formation of Ukraine inheritance law from 1917 to 2006, comprehension and inheritance law principals system, specialities of inheritance succession in modern conditions and judicial practice are analyzed. Comparative law analysis of inheritance law of Ukrainian, the former Soviet republics and continental legislation was conducted.
