Kolb O. Establishment of implementation of punishments as a subject of prevention of crimes

The thesis is devoted to the problem of realization by establishments of implementation of punishments such as criminal-executive legislation of Ukraine and prevention to the commitment crimes by accused and other persons. The conceptions, kinds and determinants of criminality in the places of imprisonment are developed. The author suggests to create prophylactic services of organs of internal affairs which are to become coordinators in the straggle with criminality on territory of our state. Cоncrete legal (changes in the active criminal and criminal-executive law of Ukraine), organizational(creation of administrative structures of prophylactic services), technical (strengthening of material and technical base of establishments of implementation of punishments) and educational pedagogical (preparation of specialists for оссuраtion by activity in industry of preventive measures of crimes) measures of achievement of purpose of punishment are presented. The subject and object, forms and task of prevention of crime are researched. Peculiarity of this scientific work is that in context of proposed changes and reforms in the State criminal-executive system of Ukraine.
