. Both high and lower ductility metals forming by analysis method by mathematical simulation of the with using the finite element method which allows to obtain forecasted and provided quality products in the thesis for a Doctor's degree was developed. Qualitative characteristics: geometric pattern of getting production with taking into account elastic deformation, strengthening and plasticity resource efficiency of deform metal. Mathematical simulation of pressing, inverted extrusion, upset was elaborated. Program application package for engineering calculations automation at designing new cold die forging processes. Factors permit to design and to apply in industry the series of the new resource saving processes were defined.
