Boldizhar O. Diagnostics and surgical treatment of pancreatic pseudocysts

The results of complex examination and surgical treatment in patients with pancreatic pseudocysts have been presented in the work. The diagnostic algorithm and algorithm of treatment in patients with different types of pancreatic pseudocysts were worked out. It suggests consecution of surgical treatment stages and propose to use different open and miniinvasive surgical techniques. According to endoscopic retrograde pancreatocholangiography results eight variants of pancreatic duct system were figured out, which directly influenced the choice of surgical technique. The efficacy of conservative therapy and miniinvasive methods on indications (laparoscopic drainage of abdominal cavity in combination with long-term regionar intraarterial perfusion, punction and pseudocytsts drainage in case of purulent pseudocysts under ultrasound guidance, endoscopic drainage techniques) in case of unformed pancreatic pseudocysts was proved. In case of miniinvasive techniques failure the open surgeries of internal drainage are indicated in patients with formed pseudocysts and only in complicated course of pseudocysts – the external drainage surgeries.
