Essay

Object: regional ecological policy as process of purposeful quality management of an environment in conditions of becoming of market economy in Ukraine. Aim: to develop theoretical-methodical bases of formation and realization of a regional ecological policy as complete control system of ecological safety at the regional level during becoming market relations in Ukraine. Methods: system-structural, comparative, retrospective analysis, monographic, economic-statistical, index, program. Results: the theoretical essence and the maintenance of concept "regional ecological policy" for the first time is proved, methodological approaches to definition of structural model of a regional ecological policy are advanced. Use: in activity of the Ministry of Protection of Environmental Habitat, the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine, the Lviv and the Zakarpattya Regional State Administration.
