Vasylchak S. The Development of Milk Production and Milk Production Market in the Karpathian Region.

Object of investigation are mutual relations of subjects of the co-operative forming, market of milk and suckling products (producers of all categories, processing, users and mediators) which influence on a production and forming of market of milk and suckling products within the limits of Carpathians region. The purpose of research: is a ground and development of theoretical-methodological bases and practical recommendations in relation to multiplying volumes and increase of efficiency of milk production, development of his integration with industrial processing enterprises, perfections of forming and functioning of market of milk and suckling products taking into account the features of Carpathians region. Methods: statistical supervision, analysis and synthesis, variation, comparison, absolute and relative values, dynamic rows, graphic and tabular, grouping, correlation-regressive analysis, dispersion, abstracting, analogy, calculation-structural, monographic. Theoretical and practical results: consist in forming of scientific bases of effective development of suckling industry, perfections of functioning of market of milk and suckling products, deepening organizationally of economic, technological and economic connections between the partners of market, determinations of strategy and tactic of their activity. Scientific novelty: first: theoretical-methodological principles and practical parameters of creation and development of suckling cooperative stores of productions are grounded on the basis of uniting the landed stakes of natural lands of forages and cows of their proprietors; improved: methodical approaches in relation to development of development strategy of the suckling cattle breeding in the Carpathians region on a prospect; got subsequent development: organizational structure of the suckling cattle breeding as industries of agriculture which suffices perceptibly influences on general efficiency of agrarian production in a region. Degree of introduction: the results of dissertation are inculcated in the economies of the Lviv and Ivano-Francivsk areas of Ukraine. Efficiency: will assist development of milk production and market of suckling products. Sphere, industry of the use: agroindustrial production of Ukraine.
