In dissertation on the basis of complex clinical-functional and psychosomatic researches sanogenesis conception of increase of workability and quality of life of patients is created with ischemic heart disease on the sanatorium-resort stage of rehabilitation, which summarizes existent information and given own researches in relation to influencing of the functional state, psychological factors, individual features of personality and quality of life of this group of patients with efficiency of rehabilitation. Scientifically grounded new system of proceeding in the state of health and physical workability of patients with the different forms of ischemic heart disease taking into account the indexes of vegetative status, psychosomatic state and tolerance to the physical loading, which is given as the process of management by a health. Grounded possibility of the most adequate realization of the individualized medical rehabilitation of patients with ischemic heart disease from positions of sanogenesis approach and the new system of estimation of efficiency of rehabilitation is offered on principle. It is selected psychological predictors, which influence on efficiency of medical rehabilitation, dynamics of workability and quality of life of patients with ischemic heart disease.
