Object of the study is processes of management competitiveness enterprise on base of the shaping and developments of the educational potential and its influences upon increasing of national competitiveness. Objective of study is development scientifically-methodological basis and complex of the measures on increasing of efficiency of management for provision of competitiveness enterprise on base of the educational potential. Methods of research are dialectical, scientific abstraction, logical, accounting-constructive, statistician-economic, system-structured analysis, expert estimation. Theoretical and practical results: the motivation of the conceptual positions of the influence of the educational potential on competitiveness enterprise in modern condition; recommendations on shaping organizing-economic mechanism of management competitiveness enterprise.
