In dissertation the concept of interdependency between the processes of civil society's and democratization institutes' establishment by example of Vyshegrad Group countries and Ukraine, is substantiated. The research is based on the analysis of endogenous factors of the civil society's institutionalization - historical forms of government and society interaction, constitutionalism type; the deterrence and counterbalance mechanisms, on the state authorities and local authorities coordinated actions' type, on the proportional electoral system's modifications. The external influences in this region countries are analyzed and their importance of the shapes of civil society. Particularly by example of Vyshegrad Group countries, the function of European and Euroatlantic factor in civil society's institutionalization is analyzed. The recommendations concerning the application of democracy mechanisms, which could stimulate the Ukrainian civil society's institutionalization are formulated.
