Dissertational research is devoted to the problem of future engineers-programmers preparation in Computer Science specialty in the conditions of two-level (bachelor & master) education, also takes into account changes that happened in computing area for the last decade. Methodical system of training is grounded and developed scientifically in the work, the fundamental kernel of Computer Science specialty is selected, theoretical approaches are determined for structurization, maintenance of disciplines of fundamental kernel, the professional tuning of the students of Computer Science specialty is expounded, which is carried out within the framework of the course planning, capstone projects, enterprise practice and implementation of final qualification projects. Experimental implementation of the developed methodical system is conducted in an educational process, which confirmed the possibility of future engineers-programmers preparation. These engineers-programmers will have necessary cognitive and practical skills. Experimental implementation of the developed methodical system also showed high efficiency of the offered methodical system.
