Object - patients with myocardial infarction, dead from myocardial infarction and acute coronary deficiency; methods - general clinical, laboratory, instrumental, statistical, pathomorphologic; novelty - conception of xenobiotics' role as starting factor in the injury of coronary arteries with contribution of initiated by them systematic immune inflammation and oxidative stress, development of arteriitis-arteriosclerosis and myocardial infarction in persons up to 50 years who do not possess traditional risk factors was substantiated and formulated; direct cause-effect connection between sudden cardiovascular death and degree of ecological pollution of the environment by xenobiotics was proved; as markers of long-term xenobiotics influence on the human organism were distinguished isolated hypolipoproteinemia-A and non-diabetic elevation of glycosylated hemoglobin; higher level of patients' organism loading with chemical elements compared to healthy persons was determined, especially in those persons whoworked in the unhealthy conditions; a method of dyslipidemia correction in patients with impaired hepatic function was developed; implemented into practice of healthcare settings of seven oblasts of Ukraine, into scientific and educational process of five medical universities of Ukraine; branch - medicine.
