Object is a political and managing aspects of the globalization. The aim - to defence and conceptualize the theoretical and methodological bases of politological analysis of the management globalization. Methods - dialictical, geocivilizational approach, paradaigme of orders, technological, system, conflictological paradaigmes. The new approach lies in the concept of the mondialization as a political and managing aspect of of the globalization, which is founded a new direction in political globalistics. Results - the subject sphere of the mondialistic as the direction of a global world political research is defined and the research strategy of the political analysis of the management globalization is worked out; the definition of the mondialization is introduced in the scientific turn in the meaning of the universal process of a social existence, the evolution of the international life ordering forms from the international order to the world order, which is determined by the management globalization ofthe world development, and the institutionalism of the world order in the mondialism political system, the nature and conformity to the mondialization process is discovered; the functional orientation of the management globalization, the technological content of the global engineering is analyzed, the system nature of the mondialization is discovered, the aims, principles, conforming to the law and the functioning perspectives of the mondialism political system is defined.
