Dissertation is devoted to the questions of epidemiology, pathogenesis, a priori diagnostics of hystostructural forms and renewal of reproductive health at benign cystic ovarian lesions (BCOL). On the basis of theoretical generalization of researches of epidemiology, features of clinical displays, sonoscopic, dopplerographic, laparoscopic and hystostructural pecularities of ovaries, state of the basic systems of homeostasis and expression of endogenous intoxication at BCOL are developed: complex system of a priori diagnostics of the hystostructural forms BCOL, differentiated depending on hystostructure methods of organpreserved treatment, and also system of complex rehabilitation, that in an aggregate resulted in the increase of number of cases of organpreserved treatment and renewal of reproductive function at this pathology.
