Bondaryev R. The Clinical and Pathogenetic Grounds of the Usage of Local and General Techniques of Detoxification in Acute Diffuse Peritonitis Treatment

The Dissertation is devoted to a problem of the treatment improvement of sick people who suffer from acute diffuse peritonitis (ADP). Indications to carrying out laparoscopic, video assistances and opened operative interventions of ADP are established. The new ways of laparoscopic operations are devel-oped. It is shown, that for the objective estimation of the severity of the ADP patients condition alongside with data of laboratory, tool methods of research it is necessary to use the prognostic SAPS scale, and also morphometric parame-ters of parietal peritoneum which help to estimate not only dynamics of inflammatory process in the abdominal cavity, but also efficiency of the com-plex treatment. The main morphometric parameters which characterize alternative and exudative components in abdominal cavity, influencing on the ADP patients' prognosis were defined. Based on the results of studying ADP pathogenesis, indications are developed and the estimation of efficiency of ways of surgical detoxificationin the postoperative period is lead.
