Ivanova Y. Complex surgical treatment of postoperative purulent and septic complications

The work is devoted to the problem of search of new effective methods of treatment of postoperative purulent and septic complications. In experimental part of work pathophysiologic substantiation of efficiency of method of the local microwave irradiation of inflammatory foci is presented due to such its effects, as improvement of microcirculation in the area of influence, stimulation of immune system, anti-inflammatory effects, improvement of healing processes in tissues, change of metabolism and proliferation of microflora, and also increase of its sensitiveness to the antibiotics. The original methods of surgical interventions in patients with spread postoperative peritonitis developed due to dehiscence of anastomosis and perforations of acute ulcers of gastrointestinal tract, methods of surgical decompression and laparostomy and indications to their application are developed.
