The clinical and diagnostical cardiological complex was used in 368 patients with acute myocardial infarction (MI), with acute left ventricle heart failure. The creation of complicated MI prognostic model with treatment algorithms optimization of learning early markers of development, progressing of heart failure and its prevention by means of myocardial revascularization (R) and adjuvant сardioproteсtive therapy. Analysis of medical and mechanical R of myocardium and the efficacy of the intravenous form of kvercetin were done.
