Vatamaniuk O. Macroeconomic Analysis of Savings in the Economy of Ukraine.

Special features of the process of national savings' formation during the period of market transformation of the Ukrainian economy are studied. The dynamics and structure of households', corporations' and government savings during the years of transformation recession and after the restore of economic growth are traced. By means of regression analysis the role of personal and national savings' determinants is studied. Perspective directions for the using of fiscal policy instruments for savings level increase are defined. Directions of transformation mechanisms "savings - investments" improving and a role of social, cultural and institutional factors for national savings' level increase are considered.
