Subject - the system of nature management in the areas of multifunctional use (the rise production zone as an example) and the tendency of its adaptation to the market transformation conditions in Ukraine; objective - the predication of theoretical and methodical essential principals of ecological and balanced nature management in the areas of multifunctional use; methods - balance, taxonomic, graph-analytic and logical; systems approach, factor, complex and contrastive analysis; novelty - the development and intensification of theoretical and methodological fundamentals of ecological and balanced nature management pattern in the areas of multifunctional use and the predication of suggestions for organizational and economic mechanism of providing the effectiveness of this pattern as the efficient key factor for achieving the conformity of public interests of environmental protection and region economic development (the rise production zone as an example); results - the theoretical base of new ideologyof ecological and balanced nature management as the paradigm of the national ecological doctrine formation is made, the main point of ecological and balanced nature management in the areas of multifunctional use is discovered, the complex methodological approach to the conceptual framework of ecologically depressed territory definition is proved; applied - on reforming environmental legislation in ecological and balanced nature management, on preparation for economic and social development strategy of Kherson region; field - environmental protection.
