Essay

Dissertation is devoted to the all-round analysis of movement for association of the Mongolian peoples in the first half of the Twentieth century; to the relation to it of the different Mongolian lands; to definition of the ways of realization unifying policy, efficiency of the movement and his results. The dissertation it is based on the broad audience of sources, theoretic-methodological researches of the scientific problem, generalization of sights. The political elite of Outer Mongolia and МPR is proved, that, first of all, planned to unit Tuva and territories with the Mongolian population which in 1911 were in structure of China. It is shown, that unifying policy the Mongolian peoples and the Tuvinians tried to carry out a political, military, diplomatic ways, by creation of the common cultural space, and also emigration way.
