Essay

Dissertation is devoted to determination of parameters of toxic action and key links of the pathogenesis of the acute inhalatory poisoning by flying components(FC) of dianic epoxy resin (ER) mark ED-20 and E-40 and experimental-theoretical ground-ing of its pharmacological correction in effective ways. It is established that ER FC display high toxicity which depends on circadian and circannual biorhythms, represent high danger of acute deadly and non-deadly poison-ing, make up reversible complexes with serum albumin, are the necrosogenous poi-sons. Disorders of oxidizing-antioxidative balance, adenylate- and gyanylatecyclase mechanisms of intracellular signals transmission, decrease of SH-groups level, activity of epoxydehydrolase in liver, and also shift of arachidonic acid metabolism to LTB4, PGF2 , TXB2 formation form the basis of pathogenesis of studied pathology. Inhibi-tion of energysupplying and microsomal oxidation by ER FC takes an important place in formation of toxic hepathopathy. In experiment on white rats at acute intoxication by ER FC expediency of prepa-rations of metabolic and antioxidative types of action (quercetinum, flavinatum and lipine), acetylcysteinum, epoxyhydrolase inductors (clofibrate, omeprasole), synthetic highmolecular compounds (copolymers of N-vinilpirrolidone and N,N-di-methylaminoethylmetacrilate and vinilbutilic ether), synthetic antioxidants ([2-(3 -sul-phalaniloxi)ethyl]trimethylammonium iodidum) and enterosorbents (carbovit, carbo-vit-M) application was proved.
