Budzyak V. Efficient agricultural land tenure economic and environmental fundamentals (theory, methodology and practice).

Object – the process of formation of effective agricultural land-use system in context of lands’ affairs transformation; purpose – substantiation of theoretical and methodological foundations of economically and ecologically effective agricultural land-use in Ukraine; methods - system and complex analysis, economic-mathematical simulation, graphic-analytical, abstract-logical and factors’ analyses; novelty – theoretical foundations of three-level system of agricultural land-use have been proved, methodical approaches of economical, ecological and rental land appraisal have been improved; scientific approaches to development of varieties of form of joint property in Ukraine have been formulated; the results – priority orientations of agricultural land-use efficiency increasing, land protection and reclamation of agricultural lands have been developed, directions of agrarian affairs in Ukraine reforming have been deepened, economic-mathematical model of changes’ valuation in the system of agricultural land-use have been improved.
