In the dissertation the results of the theoretical and experimental investigations including the radiation processes that flow under action of the high-energy radiation (UV- and X-radiation) in the various molecular systems are given. In the framework of the solution of the scientific problem it is grounded the conclusion about the active participation of the high-excited molecular states in the photo-chemical processes.
