Bilyk N. Abruptio placentae (mechanisms of development, therapeutic and prophylactic measures).

The work is devoted to decrease of maternal and perinatal morbidity and mortality rate in abruptio placentae by eleboration of new diagnostic risk criteria of appearance and development of this pathology as well as new therapy and prevention complexes created on their basis. High diagnostic sensitivity of von Willebrand factor activity in diagnostics of abruptio placentae was found and advantages of its determination as compared to other hemostasis indices were demonstrated. Mathematic prognostic model of blood loss volume in women with retrochorionic and retroplacental hematomas in early stages of pregnancy was first created. Combination scheme of drugs considering etiological factors and local forms of abruptio placentae was eleborated and introduced into practice. Blood group, combination of changes of von Willebrand factor activity and antithrombine ІІІ, presence of chlamidial, herpetic, cytomegaloviral, toxoplasmosal infections were proved to be of great significance in pathogenesis of abruptio placentae development.
