A new pathogenic approach to the curative physical factors use in the rehabilitation for bronchial asthma patients was developed, which is based on accounting the bronchial obstruction peculiarities. This approach was tested in 621 bronchial asthma patients, who received a course of treatment with differential speleo- and haloaerosoltherapy. The chronobiological aspects were accounted for the first time. The effectiveness of these physical factors significantly depended on the character of bronchial obstruction and on the normalization of circade rhythms of pulmonary functional tests. The proposed differential speleo- and haloaerosoltherapy promote receiving more pronounced and stabile therapeutic effect. New regimes of speleotherapy and improved technologies of haloaerosoltherapy with differential indications for their use were worked out. Program-automatic complex for the haloaerosol media parameters monitoring was developed. It allows to standardize the process of speleo- and haloaerosoltherapy and to create new curative media with guided parameters. High effectiveness of haloaerosoltherapy was received at bronchial asthma patients, who had undergone the influence of negative factors of flood. The mechanism of speleo- and haloaerosoltherapy was enriched and systematized; concept of its use in rehabilitation treatment of bronchial asthma was developed.
