The complex research of peasants' sense of justice phenomenon in historical-legal reality of 1917-1921 in done in the thesis. Special attention is given to the conflict of senses of justice (communal and individual, social and national, central and peripheral, elite and egalitarian); the socially-group invariants of sense of justice are analyzed. The author proves that the intermediate existence and transitional form of public consciousness were incarnated in the marginal types of sociality, state system and law, that determined special complex of marginal sense of justice features and expansion of spheres of anomie. The phenomenon of insurgents' sense of justice is analyzed. It is well-proven that not a single political acknowledged the peasants' legal capacity of integral subject, as well as none of the permanently replacing authorities consolidated in peasants' sense of justice as legitimate. Peasants' sense of justice reflected the leadership of authorities among the subjects of illegal actions derogatory natural rights. It is found that the features of peasants' sense of justice determined the phenomenon of the peasant Rebellious army playing an independent part in the confrontation to all types of power in Ukraine. The history of peasants' sense of justice of that period is the chronicle of irregular and uneven growth, including both intuitional discernments and pathological distortions. This collective experience was the gates to civil society creation. But the attempt of creation by the methods of civil war could not be successful.
