Vanko V. Development of theoretical principles and normative-technical provision of electric energy quality estimation within the networks of common designation

The dissertation is dedicated to the development of theoretical principles of electric energy quality estimation in the way of normative basis improvement with the purpose to realize new approaches to quality indices' totality formation; the development of new methods of detection and control of negative phenomena within networks as well as the construction of measuring means on their basis with improved metrological characteristics. Four groups of electric energy quality indices that characterize slow perturbations, spectral voltage distortion, time over-voltage and voltage depressions as well as the impulse corruption of its form are indicated. The matrix methods of electric energy quality level estimation with the aid of processing approach to its quality estimation are developed. The employment of wavelet-transformation to change the shape of the nomenclature of electric energy quality indices and to develop new methods and network of negative process detection within networks is proposed.
