Essay

The object is process of processing the secondary nonferrous metals and alloys; the aims is creations of small-scale manufacture of billets and products; the methods are the mathematical design, theoretical analysis, laboratory and industrial researches, statistical analysis; the devices are pyrometers, microscopes, stretching machine, hardness tester, extensometer instrumentatijn and computer; the results are a complex on the deep processing of crow-bar, shlakov and shaving; methods of preparation of crow-bar and wastes; method of receipt of purveyances directly from strugechnogo raw material; technology of receipt of wire wares; development of process of the odnoosnogo pressing of friable wastes of aluminium shlakov after processing of them on the drum crash; the novelty it is taken into account first, that the increase of degree of the use of supply of plasticity of the second nonferrous alloys goes down under constraint; it is set, that the warm spiral ekstruziya with protivodavleniem promotes plasticity of the second nonferrous alloys; development of theory of processes of dragging and pressing; it is developed and explored process of simultaneous joint influence on hot shlak of pressing and nizkochastotnih vibrations; small-scale manufacture is inculcated production of prutkov and wire from the secondary nonferrous metals, an economic benefit of 6388,4 thousand of grivnas; the field is the secondary nonferrous metallurgy.
