Object – the system of economic relations between the subjects mortgage lending market in the conditions of transformation of economy of Ukraine;aim – making out theoretic-metodological bases of functioning mortgage lending market in housing and agricultural spheres, ground of suggestions in relation to the increase of balanced of co-operation all him members; methods – the logic-historical, the systematic analysis, the scientific abstracting, the inductive and deductive; results – there were determined the theoretic-metodological bases of complex research of environment of development of the mortgage lending in Ukraine, tendencies and disagreements of development of the mortgage lending are exposed;innovation – expedience of creation of the State land bank is grounded, systematization mortgage lending risks is improved, approaches of mortgage of agricultural land has got the further development;implemented into the work of National bank of Ukraine and commercial bank; sphere – the banking system.
