Essay

The dissertation is devoted to a problem of a peritonitis after cesarean sections. The purpose of work is decrease in frequency of parent death rate and desease at women after cesarean sections on the basis of studying new aspects patogenese obstetrical peritonitis and introduction of algorithm forecasting, treatment-and-prophylactic and rehabilitation actions. The analysis of the reasons of parent death rate is lead at a peritonitis after cesarean sections in Ukraine for last 18 years. On the basis of the established features of clinic and patogenese of peritonitis after cesarean sections it is added clinical classification of disease with allocation of the basic variants of its current. The estimation of a condition of bodies of a belly cavity and a small basin is lead at relaparotomy, that has allowed to reveal the most probable risk factors of occurrence of a peritonitis after cesarean sections, to establish principal causes and features development inflammatory process. 6 variants of a condition of seams on a uterus at patients with peritonitis after cesarean sections are allocated, established on the basis of dynamic ehografical researches and is direct during time relaparotomy. All this has in aggregate allowed to develop and introduce stage-by-stage practical recommendations and algorithm of actions of the doctor on decrease in frequency of parent death rate and desease at a peritonitis after cesarean sections.
