There were represented the pathogenetic substantiation and complex of medical preventive actions for pregnant women with arterial hypotonia. Based on the complex investigation of 253 pregnant women with hypotonia are shown features of functional condition of the basic systems of regulation of a vascular tonus and formation of adaptable processes. For the first time there were carried out the estimation of the quality of a life, features of a psychological condition of the woman with an arterial hypotonia were investigated, principles of psycho-prophylactis for correction of the revealed changes are developed. There were studying a degree of tolerance to physical burden. It is shown high diagnostic value of a method of daily monitoring of arterial pressure, revealing hemodynamics disorders from early terms of the pregnancy. For the first time there were investigate the endothelian factors of regulation of a vascular pressure . It is shown that attributes of dysfunction of endothelian determined7-8 weeks prior to occurrence of clinical attributes of placental insufficiency according to ultrasonic research. There were investigate the state of fetal and placental complex, determined the peculiarity of uterine-placental-fetus hemodynamic in pregnant with this pathology. There were elaborate the system of pathogenetic treatment and reabilitation methods for pregnant with this pathology.
