Research subjects: medical rehabilitation of children who suffered from different emergency situations on the basis of study of peculiarities of adaptative and compensatory mechanisms of organism. The aim of research: Complex medical and psychological rehabilitation of children who suffered in the result of emergency situations at the stage of sanatoria and health resort treatment Methods and equipment: clinical investigation, instrumental, laboratory, static ones. Theoretical and practical results: The thesis deals with the development of the system of complex medical and psychological rehabilitation measures concerning the effectiveness increase of the medical rehabilitation of children who suffered from different emergency situations on the basis of study of peculiarities of adaptative and compensatory mechanisms of organism. Novelty: Among children who suffered from anthropogenic disasters, three groups are marked out: prognostically "safe", "of dynamic observation" and "risky" ones; concerning children, who suffered from emergency situations of natural and anthropogenic character, is singled out the group with the syndrome of "psycho-vegetative tension", what appeared to be the principle of the development of the program of complex medical and psychological rehabilitation, where differentiated approach to the choice of the sanatoria and health resort medical treatment scheme - depending on the characteristics of the principal emergency situation disturbing factor, the presence of acute or chronic stress - was assumed as a basis.
