Bogach M. Intestinal invasion of turkeies (distribution, diagnostics, pathogenic, prophylaxis)

In dissertation a research object were intestinal helmintics of turkey. The purpose of work consisted in the study of spreading the basic invasion diseases of intestinal channel of turkey in economies south Ukraine, study of pathoanatomical and histomorfological changes in internal and immunocompetent organs, staggered the mixed invasion, establishment of influencing of mono- and poliinvasions on the morphological and biochemical indexes of blood and to development of the scientifically grounded system of chemical prophylactics of parasitizing turkey. Research methods are utilized: epizootological, generally accepted helmintology, microscopic, complete and incomplete helmintology section, haematological, biochemical, histological, immunological, experimental and statistical. Certainly extensiveness and intensity of ascaridiosis, heterakidosis, kapilariosis, raillietinosis, eimeriosis, gistomonosis and trichomonosis invasions, and also ways and sources of infection are studied and influence of biotic factors is found out on viability of eggs of helming. Pathomorfological and histological changes are set in organs and fabrics of turkey at the associated and mixed invasions. Compounding of the new combined preparation is created and probed "Brovafom-new", and also immunostimulation properties of brovalevamisol are proved in an experiment, brovanol and brovitakokcid. Inculcated in practice of veterinary medicine a train aid of "Invasion of illness of poultry", two methodical recommendations, two patents, is on an invention, technical terms on preparation and setting on his application.
