Kuzomin O. Methods, models and information technologies of monitoring and emergency consequences elimination

This work is devoted to solving the actual scientific and technological problem of development of the methods, models, information technologies for monitoring and elimination of the nature emergency situation (NES) results. The object-oriented methodology for development of the specialized information-analytical system and its components is offered. The generalized method for simulation of the problem situation and the method for searching the precedents are developed for designing the knowledge base consisting of the situations description texts created by experts. The model of the nature environment and the adaptive method for the subsystem structure development based on the algorithmic language of the algorithms situation-structural schemes are offered. The nature emergency situations monitoring method is advanced. The method of the decisive solutions repeated use has assumed further development. Based on the carried out theoretical and experimental researches the problem is stated and solved as todevelopment of the information technology for creating subsystems adaptive to conditions of collecting, transmission, processing and presentation of information concerning monitoring and elimination of nature emergency situations results.
