Zinovchuk N. The Economic Foundations of the Environmental Policy in AIC: Theory and Methodology

Object - economic processes of farming and implementing the ecological policy as a kind of social activities determined by the interaction and interrelation of the economic, ecological and social systems; aim - working out and perfecting the theoretical and methodological principles for forming and implementing the ecological policy of Ukraine's AIC; methods - abstract and logical, historical, systems analysis, terminological analysis and concept operationalization, structural and genetic analysis and synthesis, elementary and theoretical analysis and synthesis, direct analysis and synthesis, economic and mathematical modelling, statistic; novelty - the theoretical and methodological principles for the ecological policy in the AIC have been developed: it is for the first time that the hierarchy of goals and tasks of the ecological policy based on the principle of establishing the priority of ecological targets over those of the economic and social systems are developed; the methodological principles of studying the ecological problems in the AIC are developed; the necessity of forming the system of state control as an integral part of the ecological policy in the AIC are substantiated; results - the scientific principles, methodological approaches, practical recommendations on the formation and implementation of the AIC ecological policy have been worked out; sphere - have been implemented into the economic practice.
