Essay

Object of research - dynamic processes of transformation of optical radiation in biotissues which take place during registration and diagnostics of level of peripheral microcirculation. The subject of research - optical descriptions of optical-electronic biomedical intellectual devices and systems. The methods of researches are based on the substantive provisions of systems analysis and theory of biomedical facilities, mathematical design, analysis and synthesis, mathematical statistics. The purpose of dissertation is the increase of authenticity of noninvasive diagnostics of peripheral microcirculation by creation of theoretical bases of construction of intellectual bioeye-processor optical-electronic devices and systems. Theoretical value - creation of intellectual biomedical optical-electronic devices and systems for diagnostic of peripheral microcirculation of blood is with application of theory of distribution of optical radiation in biological heterogeneous objects. Practical value - the intellectual are realized bioeye-processor optical-electronic devices and systems for reliable determination of haemodynamic indexes which are determining in biomedical diagnostics. Degree of introduction - within the framework of industry. The sphere (industry) of introduction is the medicine, physic, biology.
